Of late there has been a lot of violence and acts of intolerance in the streets of different countries in Africa. The great participants are the young generation which is thought to set pace for other generations to come. What will we as African youths pass to other generations, is it the daily thing on the streets?
It is a vital question for us to meditate and realize we can do better than this. It is a matter of humanity to know that it is wrong to turn against each other, one does not need to be an intellectual. Let us stop failing ourselves and make the greater part of the world respect us rather than demeaning us for our own making.
What if we turn and look at the brighter side of life where human life is treated with dignity and as a great treasure? What if we join organizations which advocate for peace and sustainable development and help in spreading the idea? What if we treated each other as if we were born of the same mother and father?
